
CSV Export Breaks Zedi Access

I need to bring up an issue that is unacceptable in any production environment. When I attempt to export data as a CSV file, regardless of the size of the dataset, the entire application becomes unresponsive. For five to ten minutes, nothing works. All links fail to load. The system is completely inaccessible until the export finishes.
This is not a small problem. It is a complete breakdown of functionality caused by a basic and expected feature. Exporting data should never bring the platform to a halt.
I want to be clear. I am not upset, but I am disappointed. I expect better. This kind of failure signals a lack of attention to performance, scalability, and user experience. These are the fundamentals. This is the kind of issue that makes users lose confidence in the platform.
You market this as a top-tier SaaS SCADA product. If that is truly the standard, then this problem should have been identified and resolved long ago. Please investigate this immediately and provide a clear path to resolution. A temporary workaround will not be enough. I need to see a long-term fix that reflects a serious commitment to quality.
