Re: Connectivity for our Telus 3G network customers

After working closely with Telus to restore communications with 3G 850 MHz frequency, we have confirmation now that the 3G 850 MHz band will not return, but they will support the 3G 1900 MHz spectrum through mid-to-end of 2027.

What This Means for You:

1. Impact of this change depends on your site and device configuration.
2. 0.02% of Smart-Aleks on a 850 MHz band will not be able to reach the tower because of the smaller propagation area of the 1900 MHz band, and why we suggest switching to a 1900 MHz spectrum.
3. If you are affected, we will be in direct contact with you to help find a solution.
