Customer Network Access – Downloading the Edge Client Quick Refence Guide

Login to Zedi Access and download Customer Network Access. If you do not have a Zedi Access user account, please contact us at zedi.support@emerson.com


1. Select Support and Software Downloads

2. Once downloaded to your computer, run the program to initiate the install process.

3. Follow the instructions to complete the install of Customer Network Access

4. Once installation is complete, Customer Network Access is ready to use. Search start menu for “BIG-IP” and open Customer Network Access.

5. Select Connect.

Please note: Operating system of Windows 8 and above is required

    6. Enter your Zedi Access login credentials.

    When successfully logged in, you will see that status of “Connected” and the client will automatically minimize to the tray.

    You now have remote access to the device and are now ready to use the device’s communication software to connect and make any necessary changes.
