What has happend with the formatting, it has changed from yesterday and really sucks...

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. We recommend users clear their browser cache to force a refresh of the site. Browsers keep local copies of pages to save time, and they don't always recognize when a re-download of a page is needed.

Yes, the format is not user friendly at all. I am guessing this has to do with not using explorer 11? My company will not upgrade to this so is there something we can do to have the format easier to use? All the tabs are gone, the main menu is half way down the page....very frustrating.

This just happened to my coworker and a simple refresh solved the issue. This tells me that it may just be a glitch.

You may have to go back in and add the site in your compatibility settings as well. Hope you get it figured out.
