Thank you for using the Zedi Forum and notifying us of this issue. We have found some solutions that might help you with this issue that you could try.


Resetting your connection to WiFi on your phone.


Logging out and back in to the Zedi Go app can reset the data points and can refresh your data.


Uninstalling and re-installing the app has helped in the past by re-syncing the app's data updating systems and reloading its settings.


If these don't resolve your data loading issue, please let us know and will make sure to look into this further.
