I just lost a bunch of locations on my list. I had around 35 sites now it only shows 20 . Can I get these back without having to search them all again ?

If you have recently lost permissions then it is likely that you were part of a group that you have either been removed from or the group has been deleted completely. We are unable to assign well permissions for you company and so I would suggest contacting your Zedi Access administrator for assistance.
