Update Acknowledge Alarm Screen

What you have be looking for has now become a reality! You are now able quickly see who as actioned which alarms within the Alarms- History tab. Additionally, you can filter through the users.

1. In the Alarms History page, you can now filter the field to any users that can action alarms. Use the pull down to select a specific user. 

Please note it will default to All Users.

2. Two additional columns have been added, Alarm Time and Actioned By.

3. Select the alarm line and the below pop-up box appears. Alarm Time is when alarm is triggered, which is the same as Date in Alarm Details. Actioned By is who acknowledged or cleared alarm.

4. To export, select user and other options and select Search. A filtered list for the alarm will appear, with information that the selected user has actioned.

5. Only users that have the appropriate Web Permission will be able to be filtered through. This permission can be seen below:
