Please be advised that the delayed SMS messaging (alarm texts) for those customers in the United States, with cell phone provider AT&T, has now been resolved. Zedi is automatically re-routing these SMS messages through Twilio, no action is required by you the customer. Continue to set up SMS messaging as per usual in Zedi Access.
