Smart Alek Gas Flow Rate Update - Aug 13th, 2025

We have identified an issue affecting gas flow rate calculations on some Smart Alek devices. The original device readings remain accurate, however the calculated flow rate may appear inconsistent. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue and update all impacted sites.
