Satellite Smart Alek Users Only - March 9th 2022

Dear Valued Customer,

Our technical team has been working diligently and will be implementing a fix for the Satellite Smart Alek units that have been down. The promotion this evening at 6:00pm MST will delay transmission on all Smart Alek cellular and satellite devices for 30 mins. Those unaffected Smart Alek’s will be up and running after the promotion.

The Smart Alek’s have a network time out feature that delays transmission when restarting, so those units that have not been transmitting, will start to transmit within 24 hours. The delayed data will back date over the next few days.
