CrowdStrike Outage July 19, 2024

This communication is to inform you about a significant outage currently causing issues around the globe and across many industries. CrowdStrike, a cloud security service, has been identified to have had a technical issue impacting various systems, including Microsoft.

Emerson DeltaV SaaS SCADA Service Impact

Due to the quick response of the Emerson IT team, the impact on Emerson’s DeltaV SaaS SCADA Platform (formerly Zedi Access) was minimal and the platform is currently running as normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
