Without a bit more information it's hard to decipher the exact problem, however there are a couple possibilities. Please ensure that you're properly connected to wifi, you may have to log out and log back in to re-establish connection. Also, please check your Zedi Access permissions online.

We would like to add that you have the ability to customize the order of your wells as you like:


When in the locations screen, please click on the little pencil in the top left corner, then you can drag your locations around and drop them where you like by placing your finger on the three grey lines on the right side of the screen.

I would like to follow up with your post and see how you're liking the new update. You can now import your runs from Zedi Access which will make it easier for you to view your 100 wells. Orifice Plate changes is high on our list for upcoming updates, please look forward to that change in 2017! :)
