I hope I'm understanding your problem. If not, please contact us again.


If you click on the little stack icon, you can pull your route to your phone from Zedi Access. If you click the grid icon beside it, you can manually create a route on your phone - but please be aware that if you pull a route down from Zedi Access, it will overwrite the local route on the phone. It sounds like this may be happening.


You mentioned that there are "a lot of glitches" in our system. If you are having other issues, please contact our customer care team.

This is most likely because of incorrect latitude and longitude values for the site in question. Those can be corrected in Zedi Access, and Zedi Go will pick up the change on the next refresh of your data.

We would like to further investigate the cause of your crashes. If you're comfortable doing so, please email our support team (forumsupport@zedisolutions.com) with any of the following information you can provide:

- the model of your device

- the version of iOS or Android that you are running

- what you did right before the crash, and how many times that behaviour lead to a crash


With that information we will try to replicate your issue and find a cause.
