ZCM - Validation Criteria and Meters
Validation Criteria
The Validation Criteria for your gas and fluid analyses is set at 5%. If you would like to adjust the validation criteria for a specific Site, District, Area or Field of Sites you can. Adjustments made at the lowest level will override any adjustments made above it (i.e. Adjustments can be made to the default settings at the District level and any adjustment made at a Site in that District will override for that Site only).
Set Validation Criteria
1. Select your District, Area, Field or Site from the Location Hierarchy.
2. Click 'Set Validation Criteria'.
3. Select Gas, Hydrocarbon or Oil from the menu tabs.
4. Adjust the percentages as necessary*.
*All changes are saved as you work.
The validation criteria is an average of the above defined percentage over the past 3 approved analysis. If it has exceeded the validation percentage the analysis will highlight the values yellow and show an arrow up or down indicating the direction it has deviated.
Meters
Meters are any device that you would like to link a sample point to that is not a Zedi Access device. You can still use the Composition Management application for devices not located in the Production module of the Zedi Access application. By using this feature it will give you the visibility of seeing all the devices attached to a Sample Point.
Create a Meter
1. Click on the Site from the Location Hierarchy.
2. Click 'Meters' from the Location Panel.
3. Click 'Add Meter' from the Meters page.
4. Enter the Name and Location (UWI) information for your meter.
5. Enter the Product, Measurement Point, Type and Meter Code. These are not mandatory.
6. Select Save.
* Only fields marked by a red asterisk are required.
Link Meter to Sample Point
(In the Create Sample Point form):

- A list will populate under the search bar. Any device already linked to a Sample Point will be greyed out.
- Under 'Other Meters' you will find any Meter that you have created. Select the correct meter for that sample point. Note: You can only search for 3rd party meters by the UWI.
