wondering why calculated gas density in zedi meter parameters can be different from lab density when mol fraction of components are the same. percent difference is 0.3% so small but different all the same, thx

It would be nice if all wells/meters could be viewed on a single screen in Zedi Access. The current setup requires the user to scroll down to see all the wells because the well site displays are too thick. All the essential data for a well could be listed on one line. That would enable the user to view many more wells on one screen. In my opinion, the Cygnet view is much more functional and allows engineers to view the current status of many more wells faster.

Thank you for your input. Your suggestions is actually a known bug and in the process of being fixed. It will look just like Zedi Access, that is auto-scaled, in the next release. Thank you for your suggestions and we look forward to hearing from you again.
Drag and Drop feature isn't working
Drag and Drop feature isn't working it just says waiting for server... is this going to happen on each file I want to add?

We've set up the Zedi Go app and Zedi Access page to be able to rotate to landscape mode when generating graphs. However there's a known issue (BI-35125) that in certain cases it locks to landscape even after you exit the graph report. The workaround is to refresh the page or check your device settings to make sure the auto rotate screen feature is enabled.

All of my well sites that I have on my regular computer do not come up on my list how do I add them? I have tried numerous ways
Hi there. Thanks for your inquiry. Viewing locations on your mobile device is easier now then ever. Feel free to view this video, it should help you with your issue. A second option is below the video as well.

Second Option: Creating a custom list using our New Runs/Routes Feature
-If you work regularly with a specific grouping of wells, the runs/routes feature allows you to create a run (a folder) within your specific setup of wells. The runs interact with our new Analytics feature and do not impact the main hierarchy well tree.
1) Start by selecting the Runs/Routes tab at the bottom left of the Well Site Display. This works on your computer or with your mobile device
2) Select New Run if you are just starting. You can also Edit your lists by selecting 'Edit Run' at the bottom.
3) Select all the locations you would like to view within this folder.
4) Name the folder and click 'Save'.
Next time you are needing to view these wells, select the Runs/Route Tab at the bottom of the page and select the Runs Folder that you just created. This will bring up all the locations that you selected for this list.

Are you able to alert our cell phones if a well stops flowing?
The sequence of readings should be the same as the number, 1, 2, 3 - 22. Now gas volumes are down in liquid readings.

I spoke with our development team about your issue. They looked into it and found that the sequence of sensors displayed on your Zedi Go app will be the same as what is displayed in Zedi Access. The way the location is displayed in Zedi Access will determine how it appears in the app.
If you've noticed that the App displays differently then what you see in Zedi Access, our development team would appreciate a screen shot of what you're seeing.
