Data will update with every transmission sent by the device on site. It is possible that the well site you are viewing may not be transmitting more than once every 2 days. If you have any questions or if you need assistance to change the transmission frequency for a particular well site, then please feel free to contact our Customer Care team via 1-(866)-732-6967 or Support@zedi.ca.
