Ha ING issues getting Kohler and Maverick meters to poll on demand. What am I doing wrong?

I cannot search any location. Keeps showing "error" for any location.
How can we limit access to one meter for one operator?
Hello Phil,
The best way to limit access for users is to set the Well Permissions for each of the operators to only allow for a single location. This will limit the individuals access to only the one selected location and can only be changed by and administrator. Rick has many runs set up in dashboards but the only one that shows up on the app is the last one "field run". There should be

Runs set up in Dashboard wont integrate into Zedi Go, so they will have to be set up in the Runs section in the bottom left part of your screen. You can also set up runs in the app itself with the icon in the top right corner of your phone screen. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns
