The best method for wells owned by other companies to appear in your user account is through 3rd Party Access. This makes it so that we can grant specific levels of access from one company to another so you can view wells you operate, but might not own. To initialize a 3rd Party Access request, all you will need to do is email support@zedi.ca with your company's name, the owning company you need access from, and the LSD in question. Once we know this information, we contact the administrators of the owning company for approval. After they approve access, we grant your company access to the location as per the owning companies specifications, which allows you to see all your locations with one login on both Access and through Zedi Go.

The Remember Location function that is being used to maintain your locations on Zedi Access does not carry onto Zedi Go. As a result, there are two ways that you can can pull up your wells, which I have outlined below:

The first method is to hit the + sign in the top right hand corner of your screen. Once you select this, the app will bring you to another page with a search bar at the top. From here, you can enter each LSD that you would like to add, which can then be viewed in the main page. This method allows to temporarily have each location up. It requires each location to be brought up each time the app is closed and reopened. This method is most suitable for seeing wells you might not commonly look at.

The second method is the Routes function, you are correct. By setting up a route, you can pull up every location in that route simply by selecting the route you wish to view in the home page. I highly recommend setting up your routes on Access beforehand for ease. These routes will then be visible in the app after a quick restart of the app. This method is best used when you are view large amounts of locations frequently.

I have taken a look into the 16-09-030-18W4M Test location with unit 202656 on site, and it appears that the latitude and longitude had not been updated properly, causing the unit to appear in a different location. I have rectified this on our end, and it appears that this has integrated over into the Zedi Go maps selection. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can view a summary report that will show the most recent flow and static pressure as well as yesterday's volume. To use this click on the middle icon to the right of "locations."
