Just curious if the 10 sates are accessible from the mobil app

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your message. The easiest way for you to access your locations when on viewing them on your mobile, is to select the arrow in the bottom left. This will open the well tree showing the folders and locations that your account has access too. I double checked and you account does still have access to 10 locations.
I've also made a small addition to your account here. Next time you pull up locations on your PC or mobile device, these locations will stay up for next time you log in. This will save you from having to track the locations down in the well tree each session.
Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Why is there no graph? When testing gas wells, having the pressure and flow rate graph would be very handy.

Good app. A few recommendations though. It would be nice if a guy could set up groups. As someone who could look at 100 differen
Also it would be nice if ops had the ability to change orifice plates off the app when they're at site.

Hello Rob,
Thank you so much for your suggestions. These will be taken straight to our product management team for evaluation. Please keep the suggestions coming! :)

How come I can't add zedi at seperators in field?

Can I be given right access with the app? Main point of contact that has given me access is Diego Cardozo from Schlumberger.

Hi Taylor,
An agent will reach out to you to resolve this issue. If you have any further questions, let us know!
Thanks.

The app is helpful for spot checks, but for viewing trends, the plots should scale better. All data plots as essentially a strai

Good Morning Lance,
Thank you for your input. Your suggestions is actually a known bug and in the process of being fixed. It will look just like Zedi Access, that is auto-scaled, in the next release. Thank you for your suggestions and we look forward to hearing from you again.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us here.
We've set up the Zedi Go app and Zedi Access page to be able to rotate to landscape mode when generating graphs. However there's a known issue (BI-35125) that in certain cases it locks to landscape even after you exit the graph report. The workaround is to refresh the page or check your device settings to make sure the auto rotate screen feature is enabled.
Take care,

All of my well sites that I have on my regular computer do not come up on my list how do I add them? I have tried numerous ways

Hi there. Thanks for your inquiry. Viewing locations on your mobile device is easier now then ever. Feel free to view this video, it should help you with your issue. A second option is below the video as well.
First Option:
Second Option: Creating a custom list using our New Runs/Routes Feature
-If you work regularly with a specific grouping of wells, the runs/routes feature allows you to create a run (a folder) within your specific setup of wells. The runs interact with our new Analytics feature and do not impact the main hierarchy well tree.
1) Start by selecting the Runs/Routes tab at the bottom left of the Well Site Display. This works on your computer or with your mobile device
2) Select New Run if you are just starting. You can also Edit your lists by selecting 'Edit Run' at the bottom.
3) Select all the locations you would like to view within this folder.
4) Name the folder and click 'Save'.
Next time you are needing to view these wells, select the Runs/Route Tab at the bottom of the page and select the Runs Folder that you just created. This will bring up all the locations that you selected for this list.
